电动助力车的车架与车体设计
摘 要

我国已进入老龄化社会,为此,设计老年人专用的电动助力车会带来很大的市场潜力。但是传统的设计方法在车架设计过程中,在定型之前往往经过多轮设计,通过样品制造—>试验—>修改—>再设计的往复,周期长,人力、物力消耗大。针对这种情况,本文主要研究使用先进的软件平台,在计算机上完成电动助力车车架与车体设计及车架有限元强度校核的过程。
使用计算机软件进行车体设计可以减少物理样机的试制次数,减少台架试验和经验设计的工作量,从而达到缩短产品开发周期,降低开发费用,增强产品竞争力的目的。电动助力车是通过车架把电动机、座椅和车身中各主要零部件连成一个整体的。车架的功用是作这些零部件的安装基体,承受这些它们的质量及其传给车架的各种力和力矩。车架的刚度、强度对整车的舒适性、行驶平顺性、安全性及寿命都有很大的影响。车架设计的优劣将直接影响整车的行驶和安全性能。因此通过有限元分析的方法来研究车架的结构性能,从而在设计时考虑车架的优化,在提高行驶平顺性和振动舒适性,保障车辆安全性等方面具有十分重要的现实意义。工作的主要内容可以概括为两个部分:
1.设计车架并进行实体建模。根据已知技术要求,确定车架设计方案,并应用Pro/Engineer软件建立车架、座椅、车壳以及一些其他相关零部件的实体模型,直观的把各零部件之间的相对位置关系、装配关系表现出来。
2.对车架进行有限元强度校核。将在Pro/Engineer中建立的车架模型导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中,应用ANSYS研究车架的结构性能,校核车架强度。分析后处理结果,得出有效结论。
