当然不是，首先您得敢说，别害羞，怕对方不明白，能说出来就是提高的第一步。要找人和您一起说，但那个人不一定是英语国家的人，合适的中国人也行，多说、多听才能提高。我不知道您的词汇量怎么样，如果觉得一般的话（4000-5000词）的话呢，有时间的时候看看杂志，China Today之类的，能帮助您提高词汇量，那样的话能帮助您在口语中能够更灵活掌握，运用自如。
