近几年来，青少年犯罪的人数逐年增多，并且向低龄化、团伙化、恶性化趋势发展，对社会稳定造成了一定危害。还处于花季的少男少女，有些却已沦为罪犯，或者正向着犯罪的方向滑落，这不能不使青少年的成长问题再次受到社会的关注。预防青少年犯罪，引导他们健康成长，是家庭、学校、社会共同的责任！这种青少年成长过程中出现的“流失”现象越来越令人担忧。青少年犯罪已成为我国乃至全世界都共同面临的一个严峻的社会问题。在研究青少年犯罪的过程中，发现青少年之所以发生暴力犯罪，实际上与他们所处的家庭环境、学校环境、社会环境紧密相关。本文针对当前青少年犯罪比例攀升的现状、青少年违法犯罪的动机、青少年犯罪低龄化加剧以及出现青少年再犯罪等新情况，分析了青少年违法犯罪的原因，并积极探索预防青少年犯罪的对策，以达到减少、预防青少年犯罪的目的。

Abstract(摘要):In the past few years, the number of juvenile crimes has risen year after year, and to the age-based and group-based and vicious tendency.They caused some harm to social stability. Some of teenagers,including boys and girls who are in their flower season have become criminals, or are off in the direction toward crimes,this situation has to arouse the attention of the growing problems of young people by the community again. Preventing the juvenile crimes from happening and guiding their healthy growth is the common responsibility of families, schools,and community! This phenomenon of youth growing in the "wastage" has become more and more worrying. Juvenile crimes has become China's and the whole world's severe social problem at present. In the study of juvenile crimes process,in fact it's clear that violent juvenile crimes have much to do with the environment of their families,their schools, and the society. This article aims to the increasing ratio of juvenile crimes at the current status, the motivation of juvenile crimes, age-based juvenile crimes increasing and the emergence of new juvenile crimes.It also analyses the cause of juvenile crimes,and actively explore the measures of its prevention to achieve the reduction, prevention of juvenile crimes.
