This article, base on the illustration of existing problems of current accounting information quality and its dangers, discusses on the reasons for accounting information quality from three aspects of accounting information provider, accounting system environment and supervising power by the competent supervising organs.
同时，针对这些原因，本文提出了会计信息质量问题的治理构架，主要是打造有效的会计信息供给主体、完善会计准则和制度以及加强注册会计师审计的建设等。
