b. STRESS

There is more work, and a faster pace.

Students are held accountable for both work

assignments and their behavior.

A course is completed in 16 weeks or less.

Many students have new financial responsibilities

for some or all of their expenses.

Others experience new social pressures.

c. RESPONSIBILITY

There are many more choices and decisions to be made.

Students are for more responsible for managing their own

time, their own reading and their own studying.

The student is the one who must generate the motivation

to succeed, rather than the parents, the instructors or the

administrators.
