中文：由于系统的一个缓冲器过度使用，使得RUNDLL32.exe 的内部状态出现问题，因此RUNDLL32.exe 不能继续执行并且被终止。
下面那段是说explorer.exe也出现问题。
我想是系统文件受损,可以用 系统牒 的'修复功能'进行修复,如果不行应该要重装系统.
进安全模式呢?

我也遇到过这样的问题，把系统重装一编就好了．也可以把这个文件找到删掉．
看看自己系统有没有问题，要么重装吧
系统找不到Program: C:\WINDOWS\System32\RUNDLL32
建议恢复系统
