Performance Guarantee.
Prior to signing of the contract, Performance Guarantee(PG)@10% of CFR/CPT/DAF value is to be furnished by the Principal in the shape of Bank Grantee (as per DGDP's format attached) in foreign currency. The PG is to be submitted in favour of Senior Finance Controller( Defense Purchase) through bay scheduled Bank located in Bangladesh.

鉴于本人能力有限，只能告诉你其中大概的意思。
在签合同之前，须先由负责人提供银行担保形式的履行担保书？（不太清楚PG的意思）并使用外汇形式。PG的提交有利于通过位于孟加拉湾的预定的银行的高级财政管理器。
