Any errors, ambiguities and amissions in drawings and specifications shall be reported to the owner and designer for correction before any part of the work involved is started. Unless otherwise expressly stipulated, no additional allowances will be made in the contractor’s favor because of errors, ambiguities and/or amissions which should have been discovered by him during the preparation of the bid, and directed to the attention of the owner and/or his agent.
