都是看见某人做某事，前者更强调整个事情发生，后者更强调瞬间的动作

如：
I saw him climbing the tree
我看见他的时候他正在爬树
I saw him blimb the tree
我看见了他爬树的这件事（是完整的事情）

see sb.do sth. :看见某人做某事（强调全过程）
see sb.dong sth.:看见某人正在做某事
I see them dance.
I see them danceing

see sb do是看见某人做了某事，表示已经发生过了
而see sb doing是看见某人正在做某事，是正在发生的事情

好像是see sb do 指看到某人做了某事指看到全过程。而see sb doing 指看到正在干某事。和 hear sb do sth ; hear sb ding sth 一样。

see sb do------看到某人做事情（只做事情的经过都看见了）
see sb doing-----看到某人正在做某某事（强调那个瞬间的动作）
