The oil companies make arrangements for the rigs to be repaired frequently.
这句话用have sth done改写的时候,为什么要加had?
The companies have had the rigs repaired frequently.

还有oil rigs have to be repaired frequently.改写时也加了had
They have had the oil rigs repaired continuously.是不是因为上句中有have to?为什么改写后没有to了呢?
以上两个例子中,怎么样看出改写后要用have sth done的完成式have had sth done?原句中并没有用完成式.
