I don't understand your question. Do you mean you are willing to spend 200K RMB to bring you to Canada? Or, 200K to survive in Canada.

Let's go the the 2 extremes which are 2 possible scenarios, to answer the first question.

Illegally, 200K is not sufficient. The fair black market rate for smuggling is like 400K.

Legally, if you apply for a work permit, the total cost is like 5000RMB for application fee, translation, medical examination and 10,000 for airfare. A total of 15,000 RMB will be enough.

To answer your second question.

If you are in Canada illegally, you must do underground cash job. You will make about 800 Canadian dollars a month, just sufficient to survive with a modest lifestle. Of course, some work very hard to earn 1500 to send money back home. There are tons of these jobs, so you don't have to touch your 200K, except paying the "snake head" 400K.

If you are in Canada legally, I will assume you are well educated with good employment skills. You will be making at least 40,000 a year, which is sufficient to survive, so your money will remain untouched.

The key is how to obtain a work permit. First, you must find an employer for a job offer and your employer is willing to post the job with HRDC, i.e. Human Resources Development Centre. If no Canadian applies for the job, you will be issued a work permit, usually for a year. The work permit is renewable annually, and after 2 years, you can apply for permanent status.

You didn't tell us details about you, except your English. Put it this way. Who does not speak English in Canada?

200k RMB is about 30K in Canadian dollars. A lot of families here do not have that much of money. However, without an income and assume you spend 1000 per month, which provides you a modest living, will keep you going for 30 months, i.e. 2 and a half year.

Who can get a work permit? This is an interesting question. Only those who have skills and knowledge and can fill a position Canadians cannot will receive a work permit. Examples include chefs of Chinese cuisine (of course), construction workers, farm workers, hi tech staff, mining workers, and etc. Your skills must be very unique.

况且现在由于中东问题，签证的批放岩格了
但是以打工为理由申请要挺长时间。
申请下来的话，能待的日子也不多。

要是英文没问题，可以找洋人店老板，那样薪水比较多，而且用人合理
华人店给的很少，而且做工时间很多。
再多攒点，建议买所房子，甭管新旧，租出两个房间就是一个收入。。。
