打开后没有地球出现``
所有的窗口都是空的``
还出现提示

可是我的网络是连通的啊
是不是因为防火墙的问题啊?
以前用都没出现过问题的啊``这次重新装了就不能用了```
怎么办呢``?

如果可以连接国外网 但唯独google earth 不好使 尝试关闭瑞星 天网等防火墙 以及系统自带的windows防火墙，再试一试
