1.Doing sports is good for our health.I do sports for about half an hour every day to keep healthy.I like playing table tennis,running,swimming and so on.Table tennis is my favourute.I often play it with my classmates after school.

There are much advantage and disadvantage for using it,
We can learn,look up data and scan the imformantion,
it is helpful for our different aspects.
But some sutdents are trapped by net game.
It had great influence on our study,
So,what I want to say is that we should use the net in the right way.

3.My family and I had a trip as soon as the national day began. We went to Hainan Island by plane, I didn’t have trip by plane, so I was very excited, but I fell asleep soon. As I opened my eyes, we had already arrived. First, we went to a big, beautiful beach. There are two big rocks in there. The rocks were written “Tian Ya & Haijiao” on it. We were told it’s a story for them. Later, we put on swimsuit and went to swim, and play balls in the water. But Mum and Dad were lying under the Sunshine. We stay there two days. And, and left for somewhere to visit and buy some sweets back. In the plane, I was sleeping, too. And dreamed about something interesting on the beach, even with a smile.

I will never forget that trip.

4.Next week,our examinations will be over.After then,our summer holidays will come.
One friend of mine invites me to go to swim;Some others ask me to learn yoga;My parents advise me to have a part-time job;And my sister and brother want me to travel with them...I like all of these things,so I don't know how to spend my holidays...
But,I'm sure I'll have colorful days!
