AE Master Purchase Agreement-This needs to be emailed to the factory, they need to sign it and then send back the ORIGINAL to us. We have to give the ORIGINAL to American Eagle.

Compliance letter-You need to have one copy signed by Xi Long Bao and another copy signed by Fuzhou Yitai Trading. We will also need the originals for this sent to us as well.

Hi Lifen,

Attached are 4 documents that AE requires for each factory. The first 2 are required before they can issue a PO.

AE NewVendor Forms – These documents need to be completed before AE will issue a PO. The Agent would be Asia Direct Investments LLC. They can be sent by fax or email.

AE Master Purchase Agreement – The first page of this document needs to be completed by each of the parties. If the beneficiary is different than the factory, then I will need a signed MPA from each. AE requires the original signed MPA, but they will accept a fax copy to issue the PO, so please send by fax and follow-up by sending originals. I will only need the front page returned.

Compliance Letter – The attached document needs to be signed by each of the parties. Please send by fax and follow-up by sending originals.

PreProduction – The attached document need to be completed for the factory. It can be sent by email for fax.
