我的路由器是昨天新换的，之前用那个路由器用着和现在的效果差不多(tp-link402)的，每三分钟左右掉线，然后自动连接，在上线。光纤是肯定没问题的，我单机测过。丢包掉线时也访问不了路由器，这时的路由器好像在自动重启。新买的这个路由是 tp-link 460 里面有个 日志，显示着自动启动的记录。用ARP测试出来的就是上面的样子，我看不懂这些是什么意思？？？请高手帮忙分析一下，万分感激。。

这是因为你的网络中有人私自修改MAC地址和路由器的MAC地址一样或者使用工具作出这样错误的广播，目的是进行ARP欺骗攻击，控制其它计算机上网，或者截取用户数据，网络执法官就是典型的例子。
解决的方法，在你的计算机上用arp -s 192.168.1.1 网关的真实MAC地址就可以绑定网关了。但是要根本解决问题还是要找出那个害群之马啊，不然别人还是受影响。
