Mad，音标/mæd/，adj. 疯狂的；发疯的；愚蠢的；着迷的n. 狂怒。

Mad主要是指生气,或者是由于极端情绪而造成的疯狂。

Crazy，音标/'kreɪzɪ/ ，adj. 疯狂的；狂热的，着迷的。

Crazy有指精神上不正常,也有不切实际的,让人无法理解的意思。

Insane，音标/ɪn'seɪn/ ，adj. 疯狂的；精神病的；极愚蠢的。

Insane更偏向在说精神上有问题,脑袋秀逗了。
