在have been to后面能加for再加表示时间段的词吗

到过某地，现在不一定在。
可以加for再加表示时间段的词。
例如：
I had been to USA for three times for last two years。

曾经到过某地，现在去的人在说话现场，就是他说的

曾经去过某地.
不可以加for.
