foreign author是专业、地道的

Author 本身就不对。Author是相对于一部作品的作者的称谓。也就是(某某书的)作者的意思。而不是一个职业,如果是找国外作家写稿，应该是用Writer（作家）比较合适。还有这里有严重的崇洋媚外的嫌疑。为什么一定要找国外作者？就算找到了，你们征稿单位有谁有资格评比？

非得二选一的话 foreign author好点
