我刚配的机不久，在我第一次用迅雷下载歌完后就出现蓝屏上面的字是这样：a problem has been datected and windows has been shut down to prevet damage to your computer.
if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen.restart your computer.
if this screen appears again.forrow these steps:
check to be sure you have adequate disk space.if adriver is identified in the stop mwssage.
disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.
try changing video adapters.
check with your hardwarevendor for any BIOS updates.Disable BIOS memory options such as caching
or shadowing. if you need to use safe mode to vemove or disable computer.resfate your computer.
press F8 to select advanced startup options.and then select safe mode.

我配的主机都在3100的应该是比较好的为什么会这样呢？现在倒没发现这样了！出现这样的问题也只是开了七个小时的机呀不是好久呀！！等我重启动后她就提示说我的系统受到严重破坏现在已经恢复了！我不懂这是为什么，怕以后会再出现这样的问题呀？？？？谁能帮我分析下？？？？

出现蓝屏可能有一下两种原因：
1、硬件故障，如果蓝屏后，重启又蓝屏，可以断定是硬件故障，一般是内存问题。
2、软件故障，如果蓝屏后，重启恢复，应该问题不大，可能是软件或某个硬件在极其特殊的情况下出现个别少见故障，如果仅仅出现一次，可以忽略。
建议你多些时间考验机器，如果出现频繁故障，建议先重装一下系统，如果仍有，则建议逐客硬件更换排查，建议先从内存查起。
