我昨天下载ZoneAlarm，由于是英文版，无汉化版。于是我就想卸载再安装另个版本的汉化版。但是当是无法卸载，于是我就删除了安装目录，再依次在控制面板中删除了该项，并且在注册表中删除了对应项。但在第二次安装时，无法安装，且显示
WARNING：Another Installer is currently running
Please waiting for this process to complete before starting another installation
并且继续出现
