建议你用kaillerasrv
要建立kailleraserver（kaillera服务器），需要有kailleraserver的文件，文件包括kaillerasrv.exe和kaillerasrv.conf，前者是执行文件，后者是前者的配置文件。要想建立一个好的kaillera服务器，一定要对kaillerasrv.conf这个文件进行设置。

ServerName= “服务器名，给你的服务器取个名字”

Location= “服务器地址，主要是为了让别人了解你的所在”

URL= “服务器主页，可以不填”

MaxUsers= “最大用户数量”
Port=27888 “游戏所使用的端口”（建议不要修改）

Public= “服务器想建立在Internet上就写1，局域网内写0”

IP= “你的IP地址，也可以置空，让它自动检测”

FloodMsgNb= “灌水数量控制，不想别人在你的服务器里刷屏吧？”
FloodMsgTime= “灌水时间控制，如果你在FloodMsgTime里发言超过FloodMsgNb，你就会被踢出”

MinPing= “连接服务器的客户端Ping的最大值，超过这个值的将不能进入”

MaxConnSet= “最大连接类型，0为没有限制，1为最差的，……以次类推。一般设为0）

MotdLine= “这是欢迎词，别人进入你的服务器就能看见的”

AllowWebAccess= “是否允许WebAccess，1为允许，0为不允许。推荐设为1）

PPPPSSSS:刚才说到，连接类型推荐选择“Excellent”，是因为个人觉得，“LAN”和“Excellent”在速度上没有实质上的差别（我测试结果如此），那为什么还要有“LAN”和“Excellent”的选项呢？我认为“LAN”是在局域网内部打才使用的，而Internet不是局域网，所以最高就只能选择“Excellent”。但如果你要选择“LAN”也可以，只不过很多服务器设置成“MaxConnSet=5”，那么你选择“LAN”就进不去了

可以，不过需要你在网上找一个叫做
kailleraserver的服务器端。
这样你就可以建立你自己的服务器让局域网的其他人通过enterIP来加入对战了。
不过你要保证你俩的97的模拟器和rom都是一个版本的，要不然会出现不同步的现象。
