我觉得多说更有用，看电影只是辅助，可以看大片，既有趣又可以练听力
从动画片开始看可以增强信心,或者看看<Friends>之类的肥皂居也不错的。不过通过这个方式主要还是对听力的提高。至于说和写的能力，还得多多练习。
