conflict 强调(内在的,潜在的) 斗争,冲突,抵触
clash 强调(外在的,已经发生的) 斗争,冲突,抵触,猛撞
例如：
There are big conflicts of interests between these two groups, we should resolve them before they clash on each other.
They clashed on each other unnecessarily, because there was no real conflict between them.

人或集团为自己的利益发生的。

都是指两个对立势力为了取得胜利或优势而进行的争斗。
Conflict 用于指敌对组织的公开的战争或对立势力间的内部斗争：
