今天一来，我的电脑的百度网页出毛病了。点开百度网页，就出现了下面的东西：

我关机重起了几次，才显示正常啦。
看不懂，这个叫怎么了？？
我怀疑是ISP的问题
下次出现此问题的时候不要重启，先等等（时间一定要比原来重启耗费的时间长，否则不会有效果），看看能不能解决问题。
