我方观点是，在当代社会，“求博”更有利于个人发展。
在阐述本方观点之前，我想解释一下此次辩论题中的几个概念。首先，“当代社会”这是个时间概念，也是个区域概念，是对此论题的一个环境限制，指的是我们目前所处的整社会环境。所以，我们的辩论只限于此范围内。第二，“求博”和“求专”是两个省略式概念，所谓“求博”，字面解释是“求得博学”，也就是说广泛学习各专业知识，成为一个博学的人或者说复合型人才；所谓“求专”，对应的就是在某一个领域钻研专业知识，成为一个专业人士或者说专业型人才。第三，“个人发展”，很显然包括了学习、工作和生活这几大基本内容。另外，这个“更”字很关键，它说明我们辩论的不是“求博”和“求专”哪个才有利于个人发展，而是哪个“更”有利于，突出的是这二者谁更有优势促进个人发展。

清楚了概念，方好进入具体的论述。

首先，我将从社会发展对人才的需要来论述我方观点。

个人的发展总是离不开社会的，所以要谈到个人发展，我们无法避开社会的发展。当代社会是个什么样的状况呢？让我们来看看吧！20世纪末至今，经济全球化和科学技术的迅猛发展，正日益深刻地改变着人类的生产方式和生活方式；良性运行和可持续发展是现代社会的首要要求；社会分工更细化，对整合的要求更高；并且随着中国市场经济的不断进步，产业结构调整，职业结构调整的不断深化，跨行业、跨领域的人才流动日益频繁。从当代社会的这个环境来看，更为需要的是具有广阔的知识平台，丰富的知识储备和多种技能的人才，也就是我们常说的复合型人才。

说得更为详细一点，第一，高度分工为显著特征的现代社会，高度整合也成为其一个突出的要求。分工细化的碎片只有得到整合才能保证社会的良性循环和可持续发展。而这种整合显然更需要知识面广泛的复合型人才——整合的过程需要沟通，不同学科之间需要融合，那么知识广博、一身多技的复合型人才难道不是比只精通一门专业技能的人更有优势，更能被社会所需要吗？！第二，当代社会现在一大现实问题就是人才流动频繁。现在越来越多的人从事着专业不完全对口或者完全不对口的工作，越来越多的人在屡次的就业尝试之后，最后选择的稳定职业仍旧与当年所学专业无关。在人才过剩的时代，就业行情变化莫测，那么比较而言，一个知识广博、一身多技的人肯定比专业于某项技能的人更有就业优势。第三，社会的发展对个人的创新能力提出了更高的要求，而在现代社会各门学科融合渗透，相互交叉的情形下，一个在各个学科领域均有涉猎的厚基础、宽口径的复合型人才不是比只囿于一门学科的专业人才更有创新的能力与机会吗？

举个例子，现在的微软公司有一流的技术人才，一流的财务人才，也有一流的商务人才，但在初创的时候他们并没有这么多一流的人才，而是只有比尔
