经常去的一个电影网站，打开后不出一分钟，就会出现以下提示

我点确定后，不论是ie还是遨游都没办法浏览任何网页。但是本地连接还是有的，qq msn都很正常。
重新启动后，只要不上那个网站就又一切正常，请问这是怎么回事？
