选取铅酸蓄电池作为研究对象,针对延长使用寿命这一关键问题,开展电解液中添加剂对铅酸蓄电池性能的影响。采用恒流充放电方法,记录在添加剂作用 下的电池充放电曲线。筛选出6种添加剂(N1-N6),进行了充放电实验条件的研究,研究添加剂的作用。采用电导监测溶液中浓度的变化,确定不同循环充放电条件下的电池的容量。同时进行了复合添加物(M1-M3)的电池充放电行为研究,研究添加物对电池容量的影响。实验结果表明:过渡金属化合物N1和N2对充放电曲线有重要的影响,能消除铅酸蓄电池的硫酸盐化,降低电池的容量衰减,延长电池的使用寿命,复合物M1和M2,其中M1添加剂对电池到了一定的负作用而M2、M3的效果很好在一定程度上阻止了铅酸蓄电池的硫酸盐化,降低电池的容量衰减,延长电池的使用寿命。
