We agree to provide the Beneficiaries with written evidence of the Irrevocable, Confirmed and Unconditional Payment Order (ICUPO) lodged with our Bank together with acknowledgement of their acceptance to honor the order automatically.

We further unconditionally agree and undertake to approve and originate all payments in United States Dollar currency to the each of the Beneficiaries named below as his rightful and payable commission. Commission payment shall be marked “Same Day Payment” in Good, Clean and Clear United States Dollars, free from any Liens or Local Taxes and without restrictions, Impediments, or delays of any kind whatsoever. Payment shall be made subject only to the bank fee for normal transfer of funds. The agreed sum shall be paid by SWIFT/FED WIRE without protest, delay or deductions other than the Bank wire transfer fees directly to the Bank account of each of the Beneficiaries as per the Bank details mentioned below.

This Fee Protection agreement and buyers covers the initial contract which will have been signed between the buyer and the seller/contracts and shall include any renewals, extensions, rollovers, additions or any new contract entered into between the Buyer and Seller, and as another company offshore of the buyer, this in Russia or no, now and later.
