4、New Product Introduction leader
Job Responsibilities:
1.Manage and lead a team of experts in manufacturing and research & development to participate new product introduction in order to ensure volume manufacturing capability
2.Be responsible of new product introduction technology transfer projects, and conduct continuous improvement on new product introduction organization, process and etc.
3.Build and continuously improve new product introduction performance evaluation,encourage good team moral and establish a team of expertise
4.Help with management decision on new product manufacturing strategy and manufacturing model
5.Create technology transfer project specification, time schedule and resource allocation.
Job Requirements:
1.Colleage degree or above in telecommunications,electornics, manufacturing or equivalent
2.At least 5 years experience in electronics designing or telecommunication fields, with minimum 2 years role as a technology transfer project manager or equivalent
3.Familiar with new product introduction, technology transfer process and project management skills
4.Strong team organization and management
5.Good command of English and PC skills.

4, 新的产品介绍领袖工作职责:
1.处理而且领导制造业和研究和发展的一队专家为了要确定体积制造业的能力 , 叁加新的产品介绍2.对新产品介绍技术转移计画是有责任的, 而且引导在新的产品介绍组织，程序方面的连续进步和及其他.
3.建立并且不断地改善新的产品介绍表现评估, 鼓励好队道德并且建立一队专长4.和在新的产品制造策略和制造业上的管理决定模型的帮忙5.产生技术转移计画规格，时间表和资源配置.
工作需求:
1.Colleage 程度或在电传视讯， electornics ，制造业或同等物中的上面2.至少电子学设计或电传视讯的 5种年经验回答, 藉由如一个技术转移计画经理或同等物的最小 2个年角色3.熟悉的由于新的产品介绍，技术转移程序和计画管理技术4.强烈的队组织和管理5.英国人和个人计算机技术的好指令.
