英文摘要是
Validamycins can be decomposed into validamycin A, valienamine and validamine by enzyme. Validamycin A which can be developed into biotic pesticide is an inhibitor of enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of trehalose of insect. Valienamine and validamine which are inhibitors of glycosidase are important intermediates of medicine which used in synthesizing hypoglycemic drug. This article makes a brief summary of the molecular structure, the characteristic and the method of taking validamycin A, valienamine and validamine which are high value-added products of the validamycins.
