过于委婉礼貌等于软弱。此处用语应该正规严谨。request表示to ask for sth or ask sb to do sth in a polite or formal way，即“正式而且礼貌地要求”。

account一词是来自于财经方面的术语，用freeze恰到好处，表示“封帐号”。而计算机专业常用的activate表示：恢复活动、作用能力或原有的有效性。当然也可以把reactivated换成unfrozen。

总之，如果是用ban来翻译“关闭”的话表示你违反了法律，现在你要求恢复（recover）可以说你是无理取闹。
