The ways to keep healthy
As we all know,people want to keep healthy.But how can we do that?It seems mysterious.So I think we should eat more vegetables and fruits,because they contain a lot of vitamins.We shouldn't eat butter,cheese,chocolate and drink coffee,because they contain a lot of
sugar and fat.It can make you become fatter and fatter.In a word,we'd better have a balanced diet.We also need to take exercise everyday and have a good rest,so that we can keep fit at once.By the way,we shouldn't stay up too late and we'd better not smoke.In this way,I'm sure that we can become very strong.

Keeping exercise is one of the effective ways to improve our body's health. Compared with other forms of wAY, it is shorter and takes less time. It can help us to cultivate the habit of thinking . If we persist in this practice, gradually we'll learn how to express ourselves in dance,or other kinds of body language. In keeping exercise, we inevitably run up against a lot of difficulties .In the first place, it often happens that we have trouble finding appropriate words and phases to give expression to our mind. Secondly , there are many idiomatic ways of saying things in Chinese. And it is extremely hard for us to put them into health properly. Certainly, there are some other roadblocks we may come across in our keeping exercise. As far as I'm concerned, my suggestion is that we should always have a notebook and a Chinese-English dictionary within easy reach. Whenever something beats us, we can first put it down in our notebook and then consult our dictionary. We can also turn to our English teacher for help, if necessary. In short, I believe that it is of great use to keep exercise for the development of our health.
