本设计为ZPW-2000A型无绝缘轨道电路发送器的技术开发。本设计依据指导教师提供的思路对ZPW-2000A型无绝缘轨道电路发送器进行了系统的学习和探索。
此次设计主要完成发送器各个组成电路的设计。设计步骤为:由指导老师提供思路,该思路贯穿整个设计的始末,即:设计采用双CPU,为实现双CPU的自检、互检,两组CPU及一组用于产生FSK移频信号的可编程控制器各自采用了独立的石英晶体源。发送设备的放大器均采用了射极输出器方式构成,防止故障时功出电压升高。设备考虑了对移频载频、低频及幅度三个特征的检测。两组CPU对检测结果符合要求时,以动态信号方式输出通过“安全与门”控制执行环节—发送报警继电器。根据此思路依次完成了低频编码条件的读取电路、方波正弦变换器及激励放大电路、功放电路及安全与门电路、双CPU自检、互检及“N+1”冗余的设计,顺便了解了ZPW-2000A无绝缘轨道电路技术条件及施工技术准则。
本次设计的目的使自己对ZPW-2000无绝缘轨道电路原理有更多的了解,使我们认识到理论与实践的相辅相成,使我们更加了解设计与理论的差别,为以工作打下基础。

This design is the development for the ZPW-2000A non- insulation track circuit transmitter technology. This design is based on the instructions provided by the advisor to the ZPW-2000A non- insulation track circuit transmitter to carry on the system study and the exploration. This design mainly completes the transmitter to compose the electric circuit one by one. The design procedure is: By the instructions provided by the advisor, this mentality passes through the entire design the beginning to end, namely: The design uses double CPU, to realizes the double CPU self-checking, mutually examines, two group of CPU and a group used in to produce the FSK frequency shifting signal programmable controller respectively to use the independent quartz crystal body source. The transmitter installation amplifier has used the emitter follower way constitution, prevented when breakdown the merit leaves voltage magnification. The equipment has considered to frequency shifting the carrier frequency, low frequency and the scope three characteristics examinations. Two group of CPU to examines when the result conforms to the requirement, by the dynamic single mode output passes "the security AND gate" the control execution link transmission to report to the police the relay. The root according to the above the mentality completed the low frequency code condition to read in turn takes the electric circuit, the square-wave sine converter and the drive enlargement electric circuit, the merit puts the electric circuit and the security and gate, double CPU self-checking, mutually examines and "N+ 1" the redundancy design, while convenient has understood the ZPW-2000A non- insulation track circuit engineering factor and the construction technology criterion. This design goal enables oneself to have more understandings in the ZPW-2000 non- insulation track circuit principle, making us to realize the theory and practice complementing one another, making us understand the design and the theory difference even more, and building the foundation for future work.
