摘要：随着近年来学校的扩招，学生数量的增加学校的相应的基础设施：如教学楼、学生宿舍、自习室、食堂的增加与扩大，学校生活区的配电显的愈发重要。本论文共分为六个部分，首先介绍学校配电发展的目的与意义；接着以本课题配电所的设计依据为主要技术指标，依次计算变电所的负荷和无功补偿、变电所及主变压器的选择、变电所主接线方案的设计、短路电流计算及一次设备的选择、继电保护及二次回路的选择、变配电所的布置结构设计、供配电线路的设计计算、防雷保护和接地装置的设计；最后是学生宿舍楼照明及弱电线路的设计。整个过程围绕着10KV变电所的设计和安装工艺要求，其设计和施工安装方法符合国家电力设计技术规范的有关规定，并力求采用成熟的新技术、新设备；在设计和计算步骤上简洁、实用；在表达形式上采用表格与常用的典型图纸，图文相互对照，简明清晰。
