赤峰市水资源现状及开发利用前景浅析

摘要： 赤峰市是一个水资源短缺地区，具有人均占有量低、时空分布不均、水旱灾害频繁等特点。随着经济社会的快速发展，“三化”进程的加快，水资源供需矛盾日益加剧，经济社会可持续发展对水资源的要求越来越迫切。从居民生活用水到大型工业项目的建设实施，都对水资源提出了更高的要求，水资源可持续利用已成为我市未来经济社会发展的战略问题。如何加强水资源管理，推进水资源的合理开发，优化水资源配置，提高水资源的利用效率和效益，实现水资源的可持续利用，对于支撑经济社会的可持续发展意义重大。

Abstracts:
Chifeng city is lack of water and has three main features: low water available, misdistribution in time and space, frequent flood and drought. With the rapid development of economy and society and acceleration of modernization, the supply and demand contradiction of water resource becomes severe.
The sustainable development of economy and society requests urgently to water resources. From domestic water to constructions of industrial projects, they all give high level of requests to water resources. The sustainable development of water resource has become the strategic problems of Chifeng in economy and society development. It should strengthen the water resources management, promote reasonable development, optimize distribution and improve the utility efficiency and benefit of water recourses and realize the sustainable development of water recourses, all of which is significant to the sustainable development of economy and society.
