长沙小雨网络科技骗局:郁闷之至点开视频就蓝屏要重启

就如题目，烦死人了，每次视频接通过不多久我这里的电脑屏幕就一片蓝不重启都不成屏幕上有如下文段，请懂行人能告知一二，到底什么意思啊：
