1.由于上海是直辖市，政治上不属于江苏省，所以要说Shanghai is larger than any city in Jiangsu Province.
而南京市江苏的省会，自然政治上属于南京，所以要说Nanjing is larger than any other city in Jiangsu Province.
二者的区别在于other上，加上other代表任何其他的， 说明其本身也在这个范围内，不加other说明任何一个，暗示其本身并不再范围之内。
如，George是一班的，
George is taller than any other student in Class One.
George is taller than any student in Class Two.

2.应该是so good a boy.就像How good a boy!这样的感叹句一样

1.Shanghai is bigger than any city in Jiangsu.
Nanjing is bigger than other cities in Jiangsu.
= Nanjing is bigger than any other city in Jiangsu.
w斯科尔斯t 说得很好.但还要注意any other + 单数 ,other + 复数。
2. 通常用such a good boy .
比如: He is such a good boy.

Shanghai is bigger than any other city in Jiangsu.
Nanjing is bigger than the other cities in Jiangsu.

如果是 any other 后+ 单数
the other 后+ 复数。

2 可以说 such a good boy 也可以说 so good a boy

是so good a boy或者such a good boy

Shanghai is bigger than any city in Jiangsu.
