Why do you come from Beijing?
去北京的目的是希望能更好的锻炼自己的英语会话能力。而从北京回来，选择世通也是看中世通在丹东的规模，经验及发展潜力。
The reason that i went to Beijing is to improve my ability of speaking english and to self improve.However, the reason that i choose 世通 is that i personally look good at世通's size, experient and development potential.

Yes indeed. I have fully understanded the methods of their teaching. However, i personally think that methods of teaching may vary for each person. I m sure that every teacher has their own technique. It would be considered as a good way of teaching as long as the children show their interest of what they are learning and manage to learn it by heart.

Do you think that English is very improtent? why?
当然很重要，要不然为什么那么多人要学？又为什么有这么多的英语培训学校。 因为它是现今社会必要的沟通手段。
Absolutely improtant. That could be the reasons why everyone wants to study it and why so many english institutes are built. Also, English is the international language in today's society.

What are the preparation that you need in order to communicate with the students?
通过平时学生在课堂上的听课状况及回答问题时的表现，还有课后作业的完成情况及考试成绩都可以了解学生。了解你的学生后就可以利用课堂提问，作业评语和课间休息时间展开沟通工作。当然，具体工作情况也是因人因情况而有所不同。
I will know it from daily progress, through classes, and from the questions and answers section. The homework given and test results also help me to understand every single student's situation. After knowing them thoroughly, i will ask them questions during class, commends on the work they have done and also communicate with them during recess. Obviously, the practical will be differ from every single individual.

9不工作的时候你都做些什么？
What do you usually do during pass time?
看一些跟工作有关的书籍，充实自己。或者找一些朋友去玩，放松一下。
I prefer reading books that are relevent to my job in order to self improve. Sometimes, i will go out with frens to destress too.

What do you think of Beijing
国际大都市，有很多发展机会。但是交通状况太差。
Beijing is one of the biggest city in the world. I see that as a good opportuinities. However, i think the traffic is terrible.

11如果让你做老师，你希望能交哪个年龄段的学生？WHY？
If you have become a teacher, what are the age range that you wish your students are? why?
年龄层偏小的，因为我在盖伦接受的培训也是和这个年龄有关的。4至10岁左右。
并且，我毕竟不是英语专业毕业的。老实说，对于年龄较大的学生我不是很有把握。
I personally prefer younger age students. The reason for that is i have experience at that age range back in 盖伦. I would say 4 to 10 years old. After all, i am not an english graduated student. Frankly speaking, i may find abit difficult teaching older students.

1.Why come back from Beijing? Beijing aims to better train their English speaking capabilities. Back from Beijing, the choice is the use value of the World Bank with who in Dandong-size, experience and potential.
2.Why leave Gelun? Gailun to leave Beijing to give ourselves a better chance to develop. Similarly, the return to Dandong is for the same reasons.
