你用的是英文版的PHOTOSHOP？强人 呵呵 还是用中文版的吧
你导出PSD格式没有什么不对的，这不是问题所在

看看你是不是使用了什么加密软件
换个保存格式.
在PS里本来就不可以打开CD文件的,最好在CD里把文件存成TIF 就行了.
还有,在CD里做的图 可以存成PSD的格式???

PSD文件被另一个应用程序锁定了。
你看看输出的PSD设置里，是不是设定保护了。
