Now,I would like you all to develop your own lines of attack as how to improve margin...I need each of you to comtribute as to cost control,etc..Pls dont compromise to bring cost down,to bringyour structure more lean.Pls develop your own line of attack,and send to Jean Magdaong for me to consolidate..Whenever you set up sometime with your team to do strategy,pls always remember this issue.Pls call meetings within core team as what else you can contribute.
While reviewing our strategy,budget,some old minutes,structure-I still know that we have a lot of room to improve...
