名门望族家训:我电脑最近会突然出现蓝频和些英文，可看了我还是不懂该怎样解决。谁能帮个忙，这情况已有三次了。

那英文是这样的：
A problem has been declected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your computer.If this screen appear again,follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or sofeware is properly instolled.If this is a new installation,ask your hardware or sofeware manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.Disable STOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use safe Mode to remove or disable components restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup options and then select safe Mode.
谢谢各位，不过现在问题已经解决了。我采用了系统还原的办法。现在已经不出现这种情况了。
