I like to work with figure because I feel it is very interesting to work with it. I can utilize my knowledge to get different conclusions for the same figure. It provides me more opportunities to do analysis. But for fact, I cannot say much about it because it is the fact.

I believe the characteristics of a successful team is to understand and contribute. Each team member should try to understand the rest of the group members in order to create a harmony working environment. If you can understand the unique situation of each team member, it will avoid lots of problems while working together. For contribution, each team member should contribute as much ideas and time as they can on the project. It is essential for doing a great job.

Customer first philosophy is whatever the customer says, it is right. Even though what the customer says might be wrong, you still have to respect your customers and listen to them. You cannot tell the customers that you are wrong even they are. So you have to handle it in a polite way, and try to tell them your situation and hope the customers to understand it.
