联想天麟OEM dvd-rom，用nero infotools查看，fireware版本为0040，型号为：HL-DT-ST DVD-ROM GDR8161B，在LG官方网站下载GDR-8161B0102版fireware，其版本说明中“ Readme

To update the firmware of the GDR-8161B please refer to the following instructions:
Note: Not following the subsequent update instructions explicitly will result in
permanent damage to your drive, for which LG will not be responsible.
This firmware update is for drives with original firmware versions below ver. 0101.

是什么意思，是否可以刷新这个版本，如何备份原来的fireware？

可以刷的！如果是EXE文件的话，直接运行，如果是BIN和ROM文件就麻烦一点，要进入纯DOS，用MTK刷新！同样可以用MTK备份！不过会有一定的危险，如果光驱使用正常的话，最好还是不要更新固件的好！
