我想表达的意思是：如果我的问题有所冒犯，请原谅。
If you are going to say sth that you think MIGHT offend other people:
"I dont't mean to offend you, but ...."
Or just "No offence, but ......."
If you think you might have offended somebody and want to apologize:
"I didn't mean to offend you"
"Plese forgive me if I offended you in anyway."
"Sorry I didn't mean any offence".

forgive my offence
可以这么说，I hope my question didn't offend you.
我觉得这是比较地道的表达。
