Property management has approached to common people as a burgeoning industry just in a few years lately. Services have no forms, cannot be deposited, and are consumed as soon as they are produced, thus an interactive relationship is forged between proprietors and the property management companies. As long as proprietors pay for the service, the property management companies should assume a long-term responsiblity of contract and of laws. Therefore, in this sense we can regard entanglements in property management as contract entanglements from the angle of practical lawsuits. This paper attempts to make an analysis on the types and legal characteristics of property management entanglements in the light of contract, and to find the causes and solutions. It also attempts to propose a new property management system in reference of advanced foreign theories.
