The best way to improve the relationship between the teachers and the students is the interaction.Triditional views alway considers that teachers shall always teach student what they should do and what they shouldn't, however, in the educational view of the new century, we insist that we shall teach each other between the students and the teacher. Teachers shall let the students know his/her knowledge,and student should give a "feedback" to their teacher, telling them how to improve their teaching abilities.
