中科新闻网公司法2013修正案:google earth安装后无法启动，总提示deleting your google earth cache file

错误提示：google earth did not logout correctly previously.if you encounter problems consider deleting your google earth cache file.怎麽办？请帮忙！
注：第一次就无法启动，同时我看过google earth的目录，里面没有.dat文件，也就是说Cache文件本身就是空的，我安装了好几次都不行。

GoogleEarth安装目录里有一个Cache文件，删了就可以了。
错误原因是上次没有正常退出
