《JAMAICA FAREWELL》（告别牙买加）这是我多年以来就想听到的一首歌，我第一次知道“告别牙买加”这首歌是在高中（或者是初中？）的英语教材的书后面单词表前面附录里。当时年幼，在树上看到了告别牙买加的歌词，虽然非常浅显简单，也没有什么情节，可我依然被感动，深深地迷上了那样的故事。
当时只能够看歌词，从歌词大意看，是一首牙买加的民歌，好像讲述的是一位漂泊天涯的旅客和一位者在牙买加首都金斯敦城的小姑娘的爱情故事。

南太平洋的海水泛着深蓝，
