神奇宝贝水君是哪一集:为什么不能安装显卡驱程?

我的显卡是via/s3g unichrome igp,下载了最新 "驱动6.14.10.0167-16.94.39.38官方正式版For Win2000/XP（2004年9月16日发布)",但是不能安装,安装时提示

"安装程序无法完成安装.请查看windows目录下的了解详细信息.(-5)->c:\windows\s3iscfg.log" 请问为什么不能安装啊,怎么解决??谢了
