中科新闻网锦书良缘txt下载:如何解决gprs无线上网打不开网页的问题?

我用多普达575手机当猫上网，不知何因总是有好多网页无法打开，请问如何解决这个问题呢？ 我有用到gprs加速器2006。用的系统是winxp2, 出现这样的情况与手机的设置有没有关系？ 大虾们请帮忙解决！！！

以打开百度知道为例，出现以下的页面：
the requested url could not be retrieved
while try to retrieve the url :http://zhidao .baidu.com/
the following error was encountered:
unable to determine ip address from host name for zhidao baidu.com
the dnsserver returned:
no dns records
this meas that:
the cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the url check if the address is correct
your cache administrator is root
难道这是手机的问题？我是用数据线连接电脑的，应该怎样才可以解决这上网问题呢？
